Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze differences in financial performance between State-Owned Banks and National Private Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By applying the quantitative comparative method, data is collected through literature and bank financial report records that have been published and analyzed using two averaging similarity analysis techniques or two-tailed tests (t-test). This research was carried out in several State-Owned Banks and National Private Commercial Banks, namely: State-Owned Banks consist of Mandiri Bank, BRI Bank and BNI Bank, while National Private Commercial banks consist of BCA Bank, Danamon Bank and Mega Bank. The results of the analysis using the difference test (t-test) show that there are no differences in the financial performance of state-owned banks and national private commercial banks.
