Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui hubungan mediasi (<em>intervening</em>) dari keterikatan karyawan. Berdasarkan tujuan, peneliti memilih untuk mempergunakan pendekatan deskripsi yang bersifat kuantitatif. Dalam reset ini, yang menjadi sampel yaitu karyawan tetap di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan mempergunakan teknik <em>Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling</em> dan diperoleh total sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 110 responden. Data didapatkan peneliti melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner. Metode analisis data berdasarkan statistik deskriptif dan SEM-PLS (model pengukuran atau <em>outer model</em>, model struktural atau <em>inner model</em>, dan uji hipotesis). This research is qualitative descriptive, by analyzing the </em><em>company’s external environment</em><em> using macro-PESTEL environmental analysis, the industry analysis using Five Forces Porter, and the analysis using the key success factors. The value chain analysis and VRIO-competitive advantage analyze the internal environment of the company. The results of this study indicate that the strategy applied by Kompas is a product differentiation strategy because this strategy is considered to be the most appropriate to the conditions of the company. Influence K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) and training are partially and simultaneously analyzed on employee performance. Sampling used a saturated sample technique and used 30 respondents. The analysis methods used are the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) had a significant positive effect on employee performance, obtained a t-count value of 3,299&gt;2,052 with a significant value of 0.003&lt; 0.05 and had a regression coefficient value of 0.311. Training also had a significant positive effect on employee performance obtained a t-value of 3,635&gt;2,052 with a significance level of 0.001 and had a regression coefficient value of 0.255. Untuk memenangkan persaingan, perusahaan membutuhkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan minat pembelian konsumen. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi <em>e-marketing mix</em> yaitu <em>e-product, e-price, e-place</em> dan <em>e-promotion</em> yang diterapkan perusahaan sehingga dapat menarik minat beli konsumen, khususnya pada minat pembelian online produk kecantikan oleh generasi millenial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>explanatory</em>. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah <em>non-probability sampling</em> dengan jenis <em>purposive sampling</em>. Sebanyak 100 kuesioner dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda menggunakan <em>Statistical Product and Service Solutions</em> (SPSS) Versi 26. Hasil penelitian bahwa <em>e-price</em> dan <em>e-promotion</em> secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian, sedangkan <em>e-product</em> dan <em>e-p</em><em>lace</em> secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat pembelian. The method used for this study was a quantitative method with 100 respondents in the city of Samarinda who used scarlet whitening products. The data was collected via a questionnaire. The data was then analyzed using validity and reliability testing techniques, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, and f-test. The results of the study show that celebrity endorsers and Instagram social media advertisements have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on scarlet whitening products. This research uses a quantitative approach. The respondents of this research are Gen Z in Bandar Lampung City who are Shopee users who have seen and are familiar with the Blackpink brand ambassador and Shopee's "Free Shipping" tagline in Bandar Lampung City. A total of 130 people were surveyed for this research sample. Non-probability sampling is used in this method. This research utilizes primary data collected by distributing questions online on Google. Multiple Linear Regression is used as a data analysis method. The linear regression results show the positive role of two variables on purchasing decisions. Apart from that, hypothesis testing shows that it was partially found that brand ambassadors and taglines play a positive and significant role in purchasing decisions. Data collection techniques consist of observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the research are 1) Calculation of HPP at PT. Beautynesia Media Nusantara 2020 uses the traditional method of using a single tariff. Data was collected through field research and literature study. The field study was carried out through observation and the sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. The results of this research look at the parties involved in the supply chain at a telecommunications service company, namely PT Abhimata Citra Abadi. The research results show that PT Abhimata Citra Abadi has three supply chain models, namely Supplier – Distributor – Consumer, Supplier – Manufacture – Distributor – Consumer, and Supplier – Manufacture – Distributor – Retail – Consumer.
