About the Journal

Focus and Scope
Journal of Biotechnology and Conservation in Wallacea (JBCW) is open accessible, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the publication of novel research concerned with the advancement of biotechnology and conservation studies in the Wallacea region.
We invite authors to submit articles in the fields It publishes original scientific work related to a diverse range of fields in biotechnology, conservation, biodiversity, functional biology, ethnobotany and ethnobiology, microbiology, and bioinformatics.

Peer Review Process
Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double Blind Review Process. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors for revision. These processes take two months for maximum time. In each manuscript, a reviewer will be rated on the substantial and technical aspects.

JBCW is published two times per year (April and October)

Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
