ABSTRAK

Masalah Budaya Kerja dalam pembangunan Nasional merupakan masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh setiap aparatur pemerintah tidak terkecuali aparat pemerintah Desa. Dikatakan demikian karena aparat pemerintah desa memiliki peran strategis dalam mengatur dan menyelenggarakan kegiatan pemerintahan desa. Namun pada kenyataannya kondisi aparat pemerintah desa dalam melaksanakan tugasnya masih belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : Dampak Budaya kerja terhadap Kinerja Aparat Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Talawaan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis Product Moment. Dari hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa, ada hubungan antara variabel Budaya Kerja dengan Kinerja aparat pemerintah Desa, hal ini ditunjukkan melalui “uji t” dimana nilai “t uji” = 6,09 jauh lebih besar dari “ttabel” = 2,46, kemudian lebih diperjelas lagi nilai “ruji” sebesar = 0,72, dikonsultasikan pada tabel Guilford menunjukan nilai hubungan yang sangat “berarti”. Berdasarkan hasil Uji koefisien determinasi (daya penentu) maka pengaruh variable Budaya Kerja dengan Kinerja Aparat Pemerintah Desa adalah sebesar 52 % sedangkan sisanya 48 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana pengaruh Budaya Kerja dengan Kinerja Aparat Pemerintah Desa maka terdapat hubungan yang fungsional dan linear dan bermakna di antara kedua variabel yaitu Budaya Kerja dan kinerja aparat pemerintah Desa pada taraf signifikansi 0,01 %.

ABSTRACT

The Problem of Work Culture in National Development is a problem that is often faced by every government apparatus including Village Government officials. It is said so because village government officials have a strategic role in regulating and organizing village government activities. But in reality the conditions of village government officials in carrying out their duties are still not optimal. This study aims to determine: The impact of work culture on the Performance of Village Government Officials in Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. This research uses a quantitative research approach using Product Moment analysis. From the results of the study prove that, there is a relationship between the variable Culture of Work with the Performance of village government officials, this is indicated through the "t test" where the value of "t test" = 6.09 is much greater than "ttable" = 2.46, then more clarified again the value of "praise" of = 0.72, consulted in the Guilford table shows the value of a relationship that is very "meaningful". Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test (determinant), the influence of the variable Work Culture with the Performance of Village Government Officials is 52% while the remaining 48% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the results of a simple linear regression analysis of the influence of Work Culture with the Performance of Village Government Officers, there is a functional and linear and meaningful relationship between the two variables, namely Work Culture and the performance of village government officials at a significance level of 0.01%.
