Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT. Sinar Galesong Prima. In this study using a quantitative approach, with a sample of 60 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses the Non-Probability Technique. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in the study was Partial Least Square (PLS). Data that has met the requirements for analysis will be processed using the Smart PLS3 program. The results of statistical testing, it was found that the independent variables work environment and work stress have an effect on the dependent variable of employee performance. This means that there is a positive and insignificant influence between the work environment on the work environment, work stress on employee performance.
