PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA APARAT KEPOLISIAN DI POLRESTA MANADO
Abstract
ABSTRACT: The policy compensation in POLRI enviroment the valid right now be hoped could motivated work of police agency. But in reality could seenmotivated work not maximal in police agency. The reality foundation then this research performed to answer the question how to implement the influence of policy compensation motivated work police agency in POLRESTA Manado.
The method is using quantitative method. The researching data source are 50 peoples agency POLRESTA Manado taked way random from 1.138 agency there is all rach class. Collecting data is using cuesioner and aided with interview technic. The analyzed technic is using regretion linier analyzed and corelation moment product.
Based on the analyzed data showed : (1) Regretion coefisien from variabel i policy to work motivation agency is not enough positive (2) The corelation of coefficient and determination of variabel coefficient policy implementation. Compensation to motivated agency occupation is good enought but seen of agency performance has not appropriated with obtained compensation.
Based on the result that data analyzed has conclud the compensation in POLRI enviroment not enought positive influential and has capacity for determining motivated agency occupation.
