PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN PARTISIPATIF DI DESA APULEA KECAMATAN LOLODA UTARAKABUPATEN HALMAHERA UTARA

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive research by taking the background of Apulea Village. The purpose
of this study was to describe community participation in Apulea Village. This data collection was carried
out by informants. interviews, and documentation. The results of research using the participation method
in development planning in Apulea Village began with the government conveying the objectives of
development planning and motivation for the community, presenting information, evaluating community
participation. While the results applied were participation. the community in Apulea Village has experienced
a lack of improvement in development planning. The role of the government is to continue to invite,
motivate, the community to participate in development planning designed by the village government or the
central government for the village. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that community
participation in participatory development planning in Apulea Village, North Loloda District, North
Halmahera Regency is part of the participation process in decision making as aspects of attendance at
development planning meetings, giving ideas / ideas or opinions in development planning meetings and
approve or reject the results of the development plan decisions.
