IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA DI DESA DAPALAN KECAMATAN TAMPAN’AMMA KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN TALAUD
Abstract
Village – Owned Enterprises Mentari in Dapalan Village Tampan’Amma Distric Talaud Islands
Regency created and managed with a purpose facilitate service to the community and adding PAD Dapalan
Village. The problems experienced by Mentari Village – Owned Enterprises are the business activities
carried out are not in accordance with the needs and village potential, and the purpose of establishing a
Mentari Village – Owned Enterprises is not in accordance with the purpose of establishing a Village –
Owned Enterprise. The study discusses how to implement the Village – Owned enterprises program I the
Village of Dapalan Subdistirct of Tampan’Amma Talaud Islands Regency. Through the use of descpriptive
qualitative research methods, with the resources used in this study namely primary and secondary data, ass
well as data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviewes, and document studies. With as
many 8 informants. The focus of this study uses the theory of Charles O. Jones where there are three
activities that become pillars in policy implementation, namely : Organizing, Interpretation, and Apllication.
The results of this study indicate that in the process of implementing the Mentari Village – Owned Enterprise
Program in the Village of Dapalan not in accordance with the potential and needs of the village and contrary
to the existing policy basis, this resulted in the presence and presence of Mentari Village – Owned
Enterprises in Dapalan Village, Tamppan’Amma District Talaud Islands Regency the village will not be
able to increase the village’s economy and original income as well as in managing village potential
according to needs as well as in making Village – Owned Enterprises the backbone of economic growth and
equity in the village.
