Pengaruh Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Terhadap Kualitas Permukiman di Kecamatan Tomohon Timur

Permasalahan kualitas hunian seseorang sering terhalang dengan adanya permasalahan ekonomi, masyarakat yang memiliki penghasilan tinggi membuat kualitas hunian menjadi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan masyarakat yang berpenghasilan rendah, sehingga ini akan mempengaruhi kualitas permukiman yang ada pada suatu Kawasan. Terdapat dua kawasan yang mendominasi di kecamatan Tomohon Timur yaitu sebagian sebagai pusat perdagangan dan jasa dan yang satu sebagai pusat agrowisata, inilah yang akan memunculkan perbedaan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi kualitas permukiman di kecamatan Tomohon Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat di kecamatan Tomohon Timur, untuk mengidentifikasi kualitas permukiman di kecamatan Tomohon Timur dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap kualitas permumkiman di kecamatan Tomohon Timur. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode analisis jalur (Path analysis) dengan melihat data melalui kuesioner. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukan adanya hubungan yang erat antara kondisi sosial masyarakat dan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat terhadap kualitas permukiman dan hasil uji regresi menunjukan apabila terdapat kenaikan terhadap kondisi sosial dan/atau kondisi ekonomi masyarakat maka hal inipun akan mempengaruhi nilai kualitas permukima secara positif. The problem of the quality of a person's occupancy is often hindered by economic problems, people with high incomes make the quality of housing better than those with low income, so this will affect the quality of settlements in an area. There are two areas that dominate in East Tomohon sub-district, namely partly as a center for trade and services and one as a center for agro-tourism, this is what will lead to differences in the socio-economic conditions of the community which will affect the quality of settlements in the East Tomohon sub-district. The purpose of this study is to identify the socio-economic conditions of the community in East Tomohon sub-district, to identify the quality of settlements in East Tomohon subdistrict and to analyze the influence of the community's socio-economic conditions on the quality of the settlements in East Tomohon sub-district. The method used is the path analysis method by looking at the data through a questionnaire. The results of the correlation test show that there is a close relationship between the social conditions of the community and the economic conditions of the community on the quality of the settlements and the results of the regression test show that if there is an increase in the social and / or economic conditions of the community then this will positively affect the value of the quality of the settlements.
