Pulisan Village is located in East Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. Pulisan village extends from south to north with an area of 402 hectares and is located at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level so that Pulisan village is a highland area in North Minahasa. The distance from the capital of North Sulawesi Province directly to the Pulisan beach resort is about 1 hour 30 minutes by using various types of vehicles. Pulisan Village is one of the villages that has a tourist attraction, namely Pulisan Beach which is so famous in North Sulawesi. By having the charm of the sea that is so beautiful for visitors to enjoy. The village is located at the tip of the island of North Sulawesi where there is a confluence of the two directions of the west and east winds, causing the occurrence of thousands of rounds of seawater every high tide and low tide. From the rotation of the sea, the residents gave the name Pulisan which is currently a beach tourist attraction. As the climate in Indonesia in general, the climate is tropical, namely the dry season and the rainy season. This study uses a descriptive approach, which is research that leads to the disclosure of a problem or situation as it is and reveals the facts, although sometimes interpretation or analysis is given (Tika, 2005). According to Kusmayadi (2004), descriptive research is research that seeks to describe or describe phenomena and the relationship between phenomena studied in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner. Based on the form and research method, this research uses a survey technique. A Survey technique is a critical observation or investigation to obtain information on a particular problem in a particular area or location which is patterned to obtain the required information. The characteristic of this research is that the data is collected from a large number of respondents using a questionnaire. One of the advantages of this study is the possibility of making generalizations for a large population. The results of the research on visitor perceptions of beach tourism services in Pulisan Village, East Likupang District, it can be concluded that visitor perceptions of Pulisan Beach Tourism, East Likupang District are classified as good and able to compete with other tourist attractions in North Sulawesi and Likupang is one of Indonesia's Super Priority Destinations.
