Rancang Bangun Alat Penetas Telur Otomatis Berbasis Mikrokontroler ATMega8535
Abstract
Abstrak - Beternak merupakan salah satu usaha dalam mengembangbiakan makhluk hidup khususnya ayam. Sudah banyak para peternak memiliki alat untuk menetaskan telur ayam, akan tetapi alat tersebut masih ada yang bekerja secara manual. Manual dalam arti masih perlu adanya pembalikan pada telur agar panas yang dihasilkan inkubator penetasan telur merata diseluruh bagian telur.
Untuk mempermudah para peternak menetaskan telur ayam terebut, maka telah dirancang dan dibuat suatu sistem pengendali suhu ruang inkubator telur ayam menggunakan mikrokontroler. Sistem yang telah dibuat dapat digunakan untuk menjaga kestabilan suhu telur ayam selama pengeraman pada suhu 39˚C.
Sistem pengendali yang telah dibangun terdiri dari sensor SHT11 sebagai pendeteksi suhu dan kelembaban, dimmer, dan mikrokontroler ATmega8535 sebagai pengendali. Sumber panas ruang inkubator menggunakan empat buah lampu pijar. Sinyal dari sensor diolah dan dibandingkan dengan setting point. Hasil pengolahan data dari sensor dijadikan acuan untuk mengendalikan suhu ruang inkubator dengan mengatur tegangan yang melalui lampu menggunakan dimmer. Untuk menampilkan suhu ruang inkubator digunakan LCD.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pengendali suhu ruang inkubator yang dikendalikan pada suhu 39˚C.

Abstract - Breed is one of the effort in breeding living organisms especially the chicken. There are many farmers already have the media to incubate the chicken eggs, but some of them are still work manually. Manual in terms still need the reversal to reverse the eggs so that the heat which produced by the egg hatching incubator evenly throughout the eggs.
To make it easier for farmers to incubate the chicken eggs, there is a system that has been designed and created, it is room temperature control system of chicken egg incubator using a microcontroller. The system that has been created can be used to maintain the stability of the chicken eggs temperature during incubation at a temperature of 39˚C.
Control system that has been improved consist of sensor SHT11 as temperature and humidity detection, dimmers and ATmega8535 microcontroller as a controller. The heat source in the incubator space using four incandescent bulbs. The signal from the sensor is processed and compared with the setting point. controlling the room temperature of incubator by setting the voltage through the lamp using dimmer. To display the room temperature of incubator is used LCD.
This research is produced room temperature control system of incubator which is controlled at 39˚C of temperature.
