THE EFFECT OF INNOVATION AND INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF WANGUN MOTOR USING MARKETING PERFORMANCE AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE
Abstract
This study aims to Analyze the effect of Innovation and Intellectual Capital on Financial Performance of Wangun Motor using Marketing Performance as a mediating variable. This study has used quantitative approach with multiple linear regression as a method analysis, path analysis to determine whether there is an effect between variables. The sample used in this study is data on purchases, sales, and capital from Wangun Motor using time series method with a period from January 2019 to June 2021. Therefore, the result shows that there is a significant effect between Innovation and Intellectual capital on financial performance through marketing performance as a mediating variable.
