MODEL KOMUNIKASI ANTAR-TEMAN SEJAWAT

Abstract

Communication processes in educational institutions needs a mutual understanding which could leads to the birth of mutual cooperation between peer groups. This statement drives to the theoretical understanding which not only supports our knowledge about those things, but also could be a stimulant to build practical functions from the foundation of peer communication processes. This article aims to described peer groups communication which been built to support communication processes between students in the internal environment or even in those processes with another schools. Newcomb’s model or more popularly called ABX model is a helping tool to facilitate communication processes. A Communication model which rules to describe social relations and keeping social equilibrium, in the other sense have become a medium to defend the relations among peer groups in the internal environment or external schools. This article not only have a theoretical processes but also practical to build a master plan communication between peer students.
