      ANALISIS KOHERENSI WACANA PIDATO PRESIDEN JOKO WIDODO

                                                  ABSTRACT 

     Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Koherensi Wacana Pidato Presiden Joko Widodo”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasi, dan mendeskripsi hubungan koherensi pada teks pidato Presiden Joko Widodo dan menganalisis hubungan semantis yang paling sering digunakan di dalamnya dengan menggunakan teori Harimurti Kridalaksana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari naskah pidato Presiden Joko Widodo dalam sidang ke-75 PBB, sidang tahunan MPR 2020, dan pelantikan periode 2019-2024. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 8 hubungan koherensi yang terdapat dalam teks pidato sidang ke-75 PBB, ada 13 hubungan koherensi dalam sidang tahunan MPR 2020, dan 7 hubungan koherensi dalam sidang pelantikan periode 2019-2024. Melalui hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dan pemahaman mengenai makna yang dikandung dalam setiap pidato ini bisa menunjukkan bagaimana bahasa mampu memberikan pengaruh dalam masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberi manfaat sebagai referensi mengenai topik naskah pidato dan hubungan semantis wacana koherensi, baik secara teoritis maupun praktis.

                                                      ABSTRAK

     This research is entitled "Analysis of the Coherence of President Joko Widodo's Speech Discourse". This study aims to identify, classify, and describe coherence relationships in the text of President Joko Widodo's speech and analyze the semantic relationships that are most often used in it using Harimurti Kridalaksana's theory. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The data was obtained from the text of President Joko Widodo's speech at the 75th UN session, the 2020 MPR annual session, and the inauguration for the 2019-2024 period. The results of the study show that there are 8 coherence relationships contained in the text of the speech of the 75th UN session, there are 13 coherence relationships in the 2020 MPR annual session, and 7 coherence relationships in the inauguration session for the 2019-2024 period. Through the research results obtained and an understanding of the meaning contained in each speech, it can show how language is able to have an impact on society. The results of this study are also expected to be useful as a reference on the topic of speech texts and the semantic relationship of coherence discourse, both theoretically and practically.
