Analisis Keputusan Ibu Hamil dalam Memilih Pelayanan Antenatal Care di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jambula Kota Ternat

Abstract


Pemeriksaan antenatal mempunyai kedudukan yang sangat penting dalam menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian ibu. Data Riskesdas 2011 didapatkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Provinsi Maluku Utara yaitu 387 ibu, dimana angka tersebut tertinggi ketiga di Indonesia setelah Papua dan Papua Barat. Angka kematian ibu berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Ternate tahun 2013 yaitu 4  dan kematian bayi 22, sedangkan pada tahun 2014 angka kematian ibu di kota Ternate yaitu 4 dan kematian bayi 8. Kematian ibu di wilayah kerja puskesmas Jambula 2014 yaitu 1 orang dan kematian bayi 0. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Ternate didapatkan jumlah kunjungan ANC di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jambula Kota Ternate, K1 2014 sebesar 54 % atau sebanyak 94 dari 175 ibu hamil dan K4 sebesar 50 % atau sebanyak 87 dari 175 ibu hamil. Jumlah ANC di Puskesmas Jambula di atas merupakan jumlah terendah dari kunjungan ANC di seluruh Puskesmas di Kota Ternate. Untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan, angka kematian pada ibu dan bayi diperlukan kunjungan pemeriksan kehamilan yang rutin. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam untuk mendapatkan informasi mendalam tentang bagaimana analisis keputusan ibu hamil dalam memilih pelayanan antenatal care di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jambula Kota Ternate. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, melakukan reduksi data, penyajian dalam bentuk narasi dan keabsahan data dengan trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi metode. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 9 informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keputusan ibu hamil dalam memilih pelayanan antenatal care di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jambula Kota Ternate sangat berkaitan dengan pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga, budaya, dan pelayanan dari sumber daya manusia. Abstract

Antenatal inspection has a very important position in decreasing the maternal morbidity and mortality. Data obtained from Riskesdas in 2011 pointed Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in North Maluku, as many as 387 women, where the rate was the third highest in Indonesia after Papuya and West Papua (Anonymous, 2011). The Maternal Mortality Rate in Ternate City werw 4 and 8. The Maternal Mortality Rate in Jambula Public Health Center in Ternate city in 2014 was 1 person and 0 of infant (Anonymous, 2014). Based on the data from Health Depatement in Ternate city Found the amount of ANC visit in JAmbula Public Health Center in Ternate city of K1 in 2014 pointed 54% or as many as 94 out of 175 of the pregnant women and K4 pointed 50 % or as many as 87 out of 175 of the pregnant women. The amount of between all of Public Health Center above is the lowest number of visits between all of Public Health Center in Ternate City (Anonymous, 2014). To decrease the morbidity, mortality of mothers and babies needed the rountine prenatal care. This study uded a qualitative design by in-depth interviewing to obtain in depth information about how the analysis of pregnant women’ decision in selecting the antenatal care service at Jambuka Publich Health Center in Ternate city. The data were collected through interviews, data reduction doing, presented in narrative form and validity of the data with the source trianggulation and the triangulation methods. The Informants in this study as many as 9 informants. The result showed that the pregnant women, decision in selecting the antenatal care service in Jambula Public Health Center in Ternate City have most correlation with knowledge, family support, culture, and the service of human resources.
