ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PRODUKSI ASI PADA IBU POSTPARTUM DI PUSKESMAS RANOTANA WERU

Abstract

Abstract : Breastfeeding production is influenced by several factors, either directly eg
breastfeeding behavior, maternal psychology, maternal physiology, or indirect, for example,
social and cultural infants. The purpose of this study identified the factors related to breast
milk production in Postpartum Mother at Ranotana Weru Health Center. Design the research
used descriptive method with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to
30 respondents. The result of this research using chi-square statistic test was obtained for the
shape and condition of nipple with milk production P = 0.030 <α = 0.05, anxiety with milk
production P = 0.013 <α = 0.05 and family support with milk production P = 0.000 < Α =
0.05. The conclusion that there is a relationship between the shape and condition of the nipple,
anxiety and family support with milk production.

Abstak : Produksi ASI dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, baik yang langsung misalnya,
perilaku menyusui, psikologis ibu, fisiologis ibu, ataupun yang tidak langsung misalnya, sosial
kultural dan bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini diidentifikasi analisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan
dengan produksi ASI pada Ibu Postpartum di Puskesmas Ranotana Weru. Desain penelitian
menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian
ini berjumlah 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji statistik chi-square didapatkan
untuk bentuk dan kondisi puting susu dengan produksi ASI nilai P = 0.030 < α = 0.05,
kecemasan dengan produksi ASI nilai P = 0.013 < α = 0.05 dan dukungan keluarga dengan
produksi ASI nilai P = 0.000 < α = 0.05. Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan bentuk dan kondisi
puting susu, kecemasan serta dukungan keluarga dengan produksi ASI.
