HUBUNGAN KELELAHAN KERJA DENGAN KINERJA PERAWAT DI INSTALASI RAWAT INAP RSU PANCARAN KASIH GMIM MANADO

Abstract


Abstract: The quality of human resources is related to the ability problem, both physical ability
(health) and non-physical ability (which concerns the ability of work, thinking, mental, and
other skills). Working fatigue in nurses results in decreased physical and mental abilities and
loss of work efficiency. A nurse who has good performance is the main key in improving the
quality of health services. Aimed, to determine the relationship between Work Fatigue
Relationship with Performance Nurse In Installation Inpatient Care RSU Pancaran Kasih
GMIM Manado. Method, used analytic survey method with cross sectional approach, by took
all sample from population (total sample) that is 44 people. By the test of Fisher’s Exact Test
in level of significance 95% (α = 0,05). Results of based on research results, it can be concluded
that the fatigue of nurses in the category not tired of as much as 35 respondents (79,5%) of
respondents. And nurse performance were largely included in the category of good with 40
respondents (90,9%) of respondents, with p value 0,023 < α = 0,05. Summary of this study has
shown there is a relationship between work fatigue with the performance of nurses at Inpatient
Care Installation RSU Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado.

Abstrak: Mutu sumber daya manusia yaitu menyangkut masalah kemampuan, baik
kemampuan fisik (kesehatan) maupun kemampuan non fisik (yang menyangkut kemampuan
bekerja, berpikir, mental, dan keterampilan-keterampilan lainnya). Kelelahan kerja pada
perawat berakibat pada penurunan kemampuan fisik dan mental serta kehilangan efisiensi kerja.
Perawat yang mempunyai kinerja baik merupakan kunci utama dalam peningkatan kualitas
pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan Penelitian mengetahui Hubungan Kelelahan Kerja Dengan
Kinerja Perawat Di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSU Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado. Metode
penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross
sectional, menggunakan sampel keseluruhan (total sampling) yakni 44 perawat pelaksana,
dengan uji pada tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa
kelelahan kerja perawat berada pada kategori tidak lelah sebanyak 35 responden (79,5%)
responden. Dan kinerja yang sebagian besar termasuk dalam kategori baik yaitu 40 responden
(90,9%) responden, dengan nilai p 0,023 < α = 0,05. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara kelelahan kerja dengan kinerja perawat di Instalasi
Rawat Inap RSU Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado.
