PENGARUH PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN TENTANG KANKER SERVIKS TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN WANITA USIA SUBUR DI DESA SENDANGAN SATU KECAMATAN SONDER

Abstract

Abstract: Cervical cancer is a cancer that attacks the cervix or cervical area, the lower area of the uterus that connects the uterus and vagina caused by Human Papiloma Virus (HPV). Survey results in the District Health Office Minahasa in 2017, there are 17 cases of cervical cancer and 2 cases of death that occurred in women aged 22-39 years that occurred Minahasa District. The purpose of the research is to know the effect of Health Education About Cervical Cancer Against Knowledge of Women Aged Again in Village Sendangan 1 District Sonder. This research method is Pre-experimental with research design of one group pre and post test and use Multiple Choice Questions to get data from responder. Sample Consists of 50 respondents using Cohort Sampling Technique. The results of the research using the Wilcoxon statistical test yields a P-Value of 0,000 (< α = 0,05). The conclusion shows the influence of Health Education on Cervical Cancer Against Women Knowledge Age at Village Sendangan 1 District Sonder. Keywords: Health education, Cervical cancer

Abstrak: Kanker Servix merupakan kanker yang menyerang area servix atau leher rahim yaitu area bawah pada rahim yang menghubungkan rahim dan vagina yang disebabkan oleh Human Papiloma Virus (HPV). Hasil Survey di Dinas Kesehatan Kab. Minahasa tahun 2017, terdapat 17 kasus kanker serviks dan 2 kasus kematian yang terjadi pada wanita berumur 22-39 tahun yang terjadi Kabupaten Minahasa. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penyuluhan Kesehatan Tentang Kanker Serviks Terhadap Pengetahuan Wanita Usia Subur Di Desa Sendangan 1 Kecamatan Sonder. Metode penelitian ini adalah Pre-experimental dengan desain penelitian one group pre and post test dan menggunakan Multiple Choice Questions untuk mendapatkan data dari responden. Sampel berjumlah 50 responden dengan menggunakan Teknik Cohort sampling. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon di dapat nilai P-value sebesar 0,000 (< α = 0,05). Kesimpulan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh Penyuluhan Kesehatan tentang Kanker Serviks Terhadap Pengetahuan Wanita Usia Subur Di Desa Sendangan 1 Kecamatan Sonder.
