PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH, PRODUKSI SEKTOR PERIKANAN DAN TINGKAT PENGANGGURAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN KEMISKINAN ABSOLUT DI KOTA BITUNG

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Bitung, Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif, sedangkan teknik yang digunakan adalah analis jalur pengaruh produksi sektor perikanan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Bitung, pengaruh tingkat pengangguran terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Bitung, pengaruh kebijakan pemerintah berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan absolut di Kota Bitung,  pengaruh produksi sektor perikanan berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan absolut di kota bitung, pengaruh tingkat pengangguran berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan absolut di kota bitung dan pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap kemiskinan absolut di Kota Bitung.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian asosiatif Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kebijakan Pemerintah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kota Bitung, (2)  produksi Sektor Perikanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kota Bitung, (3) Tingkat Pengangguran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kota Bitung, (4) Kebijakan Pemerintah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan Absolut  di Kota Bitung, (5)  produksi Sektor Perikanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan Absolut di Kota Bitung, (6) Tingkat Pengangguran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan Absolut di Kota Bitung dan (7) Pertumbuhan Ekonomi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan Absolut di Kota Bitung.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of government policies on economic growth in Bitung City, the effect of fisheries sector production on economic growth in Bitung City, This type of research is associative research, while the technique used is path analyst  the effect of the unemployment rate on economic growth in Bitung City, the effect of government policies affecting absolute poverty in Bitung City, the effect of production the fisheries sector has an effect on absolute poverty in the city of bitung, the effect of the unemployment rate has an effect on absolute poverty in the city of bitung and the effect of economic growth on absolute poverty in the City of Bitung.

The type of research used is the type of associative research Data analysis technique in this study is path analysis. The results showed that (1) Government Policy did not significantly influence Economic Growth in Bitung City, (2) Fisheries Sector production did not significantly influence Economic Growth in Bitung City, (3) Unemployment Rate had a significant effect on Economic Growth in Bitung City, ( 4) Government policies have a significant effect on Absolute Poverty in Bitung City, (5) Fisheries Sector production has no significant effect on Absolute Poverty in Bitung City, (6) Unemployment rate has no significant effect on Absolute Poverty in Bitung City and (7) Economic Growth does not significant effect on Absolute Poverty in the City of Bitung.
