PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI E-PURCHASING, AKSES PASAR, DAN PERSAINGAN BISNIS TERHADAP PRINSIP AKUNTABEL PENGADAAN BARANG/JASA PEMERINTAH (Studi Empiris Pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara)

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi e-purchasing, akses pasar dan persaingan bisnis terhadap prinsip akuntabel Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Teknik analisis data yang diguakan adalah Analisis regresi yang merupakan salah satu analisis statistik yang sering digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  : (1) secara parsial e-purcahsing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prinsip akuntabel pengadaan barang/jasa Pemerintah, (2) secara parsial akses pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prinsip akuntabel pengadaan barang/jasa Pemerintah, (3) secara parsial persaingan bisnis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prinsip akuntabel pengadaan barang/jasa Pemerintah dan (4) secara simultan e-purcahsing, akses pasar dan persaingan bisnis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prinsip akuntabel pengadaan barang/jasa Pemerintah.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-purchasing implementation, market access and business competition on the principle of accountable Government Procurement of Goods / Services.\

The type of research used is associative research. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis which is one of the statistical analyzes that is often used to analyze the relationship between two or more variables. The results showed that: (1) partially e-purcahsing had a significant effect on the principle of accountable procurement of government goods / services, (2) partially market access had a significant effect on the principle of accountable procurement of goods / services of the Government, (3) partially business competition did not significant effect on the principle of accountable procurement of government goods / services and (4) simultaneous e-purcahsing, market access and business competition have a significant effect on the principle of accountability of procurement of goods / services of the Government.
