KONTRIBUSI PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN, UNIVERSAL HEALTH COVERAGE DAN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DI KABUAPTEN MINAHASA TENGGARA

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini  adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial Program Keluarga Harapan, Universal Health Coverage  dan Pendidikan terhadap Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Kesejahteraan ekonomi merupakan keadaan yang dicapai dari usaha manusia, sehingga kualitas sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor penentu utamanya. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Ahoobim, et al (2012) menunjukkan bahwa UHC memberikan dampak terhadap kualitas hidup sehat masyarakat, dan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat, melalui beberapa indikator berikut. Pertama Affordability: Access to care (Keterjangkauan: Akses ke perawatan). Kontribusi PKH terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi sudah tergambar dari teori konsumsi Keynes, dimana pengeluaran konsumsi yang dilakukan oleh sektor rumah tangga dalam perekonomian tergantung dari besarnya pendapatan.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner penelitian dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Keluarga Harapan, Universal Health Coverage dan Pendidikan  secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara, Secara parsial Program Keluarga Harapan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara, Secara parsial Universal Health Coverage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara dan Secara parsial Pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara.

Dapat di simpulkan bahwa program PKH, UHC dan Pendidikan dapat di pertahankan dan tingkatkan untuk Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara.

ABSTRACT

               The purpose of this study was to see the simultaneous and partial effect of the Family Hope Program, Universal Health Coverage and Education on the Economic Welfare of the Community in Southeast Minahasa District. Economic welfare is a condition that is achieved by human endeavors, so the quality of human resources is the main determining factor. Research conducted by Ahoobim, et al (2012) shows that UHC has an impact on the quality of people's healthy life, and the economic welfare of the community, through the following indicators. First Affordability: Access to care (Affordability: Access to care). PKH's contribution to economic welfare has been illustrated by Keynes's conceptual theory, that consumption expenditure by the household sector in the economy depends on income.

This type of research is the type of associative research. The data technique used a research questionnaire and the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results show that the Harapan Family Program, Universal Health Coverage and Education simultaneously have a significant effect on the Level of Economic Welfare of the Community in Southeast Minahasa Regency, Partially the Harapan Family Program has a positive and insignificant effect on the Level of Community Economic Welfare in Minahasa District. Southeast, Partially Universal Health Coverage has a significant positive effect on the Level of Economic Welfare of the Community in Southeast Minahasa Regency and Partially Education has a significant positive effect on the Level of Community Economic Welfare in Southeast Minahasa Regency

It can be concluded that the PKH, UHC and Education programs can be maintained and improved for the Economic Welfare of Southeast Minahasa District.
