ANALISIS PENGARUH BELANJA DAERAH DAN INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI KABUPATEN DAN KOTA DI BOLAANG MONGONDOW RAYA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Belanja Modal dan IPM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kabupaten/kota di Bolaang Mongondow Raya. Selanjutnya meproyeksi pengaruh besaran Belanja Modal dan IPM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota seBolaang Mongondow Raya. Hubungan antara IPM dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dijelaskan oleh teori pertumbuhan ekonomi neo klasik, antaralain Government expenditure. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data realisasi anggaran pendapatan belanja daerah diperoleh dari Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan Kementerian Keuangan sedangkan data pertumbuhan ekonomi diperoleh dari BPS kabupaten/kota Bolaang Mongondow Raya. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah program Eviews 10. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Belanja Modal memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi 5 (lima) kabupaten/kota di Bolaang Mongondow Raya. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi 5 (lima) kabupaten/kota di Bolaang Mongondow Raya.

ABSTRACT

       This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Expenditure and HDI on economic growth in districts/cities in Bolaang Mongondow Raya. Furthermore, projecting the effect of the amount of Capital Expenditure and HDI on the economic growth of districts/cities in Bolaang Mongondow Raya. The relationship between HDI and economic growth is explained by neo-classical economic growth theory, including government spending. This study uses secondary data, namely the realization of regional expenditure income data obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Ministry of Finance while economic growth data is obtained from the BPS Regency/City Bolaang Mongondow Raya. The analytical tool used is the Eviews 10 program. The results show that Capital Expenditures have a positive and significant impact on the economic growth of 5 (five) regencies/cities in Bolaang Mongondow Raya. The Human Development Index has a positive and significant influence on the economic growth of 5 (five) regencies/cities in Bolaang Mongondow Raya.
