PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSAT KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT (PUSKESMAS) AMURANG TIMUR KABUPATEN MINAHASA SELATAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the health services in community health centers (Puskesmas). Through the results of the study found that the health care received by the community have followed the procedures of existing services, from the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible. This is supported by officers who have a sense of caring for a patient, friendly so that patients feel more comfortable being in a neighborhood health centers.
