GAMBARAN HIGIENE SANITASI DAN PEMERIKSAAN MIKROBIOLOGI PADA DEPOT AIR MINUM DI KECAMATAN MELONGUANE KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN TALAUD
Abstract
Air minum adalah air yang melalui proses pengolahan atau yang telah memenuhi syarat dan dapat langsung diminum.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi higiene sanitasi depot air minum serta total bakteri Coliform dan keberadaan E.coli pada air di depot air minum isi ulang di Kecamatan Melonguane, Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional berbasis laboratorium. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 6 (enam) Depot Air Minum (DAM) pada bulan November - Mei tahun 2020. Higiene Sanitasi DAM ditentukan dengan menggunakan kuisione standar sesuai Permenkes No. 43 Tahun 2014. Pemeriksaan mikrobiologi pada air minum dilaksanakan di laboratorium Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Syarat kandungan total bakteri Coliform dan keberadaan E. coli pada air minum sesuai standar pada Permenkes No.492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan data hasil penelitian dengan standar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh DAM (100%) memperoleh skor higiene santasi >70. Jumlah total bakteri Coliform untuk seluruh DAM (100%) yaitu 0MPN/100 ml. Tidak ditemukan bakteri E. coli pada air minum yang dijual di seluruh DAM (100%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu seluruh DAM memenuhi syarat higiene sanitasi dan kualitas air minum berdasarkan parameter total bakteri Coliform dan keberadaan E. coli.

ABSTRACT
Drinking water is water that has been processed or has fulfilled the requirements and can be drunk directly.This Research purpose is to find out the hygiene sanitation conditions of drinking water depots and total Coliform bacteria and the presence of E.coli in water in refill drinking water depots in the Melonguane District, Talaud Islands Regency. This research is a descriptive study with an observational laboratory. The research was conducted on six drinking water depots in November - May 2020. Hygiene sanitation of drinking water depots is determined using standard questionnaire according to Permenkes No. 43 of 2014. Microbiological examination of drinking water is carried out in the North Sulawesi Provincial Health Office laboratory. The requirements for the total content of Coliform bacteria and the presence of E. coli in drinking water are according to the standards in Permenkes No.492 / Menkes / Per / IV / 2010. Data analysis was performed by comparing the research data with standards. The results showed that all drinking water depots (100%) obtained sanitation hygiene scores> 70. The total number of Coliform bacteria for all drinking water depots (100%) is 0MPN / 100 ml. There is no E. coli bacteria was found in all drinking water depots that have been sold. The conclusion of this research is that all drinking water depots are qualified of sanitation hygiene and drinking water quality based on the total parameters of Coliform bacteria and the presence of E. coli.
