GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN GIZI MAHASISWA SEMESTER IV FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS SAM RATULANGI SAAT PEMBATASAN SOSIAL MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
Gizi berperan penting dalam indikator kesehatan pada manusia. Keadaan gizi yang baik salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan gizi. Terlebih khusus selama masa pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), pengetahuan gizi yang dimiliki dan penerapannya yang benar akan meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh yang baik sehingga dapat terlindung dari penularan COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan gizi mahasiswa semester IV Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sam Ratulangi (FKM UNSRAT) saat pembatasan sosial masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei deskriptif, yang dilaksanakan di Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sam Ratulangi pada bulan Mei – September 2020. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sam Ratulangi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 mahasiswa. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan gizi secara online pada google form. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran pengetahuan gizi mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sam Ratulangi Semester IV saat pembatasan sosial pandemi COVID-19, terbanyak memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik dengan persentase 40%, sedangkan tingkat pengetahuan gizi cukup sebanyak 38,5%, dan tingkat pengetahuan gizi kurang sebanyak 21,5%..

ABSTRACT
Nutrition plays an important role in human's health indicator. Good nutrition condition is affected by several factors, one of which is nutrition knowledge. Especially, during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, nutrition knowledge and it's appropriate use will boost the body's immune system to protect individual from COVID-19 infection. The purpose of this study was to describe the nutrition knowledge of fourth semester students from Faculty of Public Health Sam Ratulangi University (FKM UNSRAT) during the COVID-19 social restrictions. This research was a quantitative research with descriptive survey design and was done at Faculty of Public Health Sam Ratulangi University in May – September 2020. The research subjects are fourth semester students of Faculty of Public Health Sam Ratulangi University, with sample size of 135 students. As a tool of measurement, a nutrition knowledge questionnaire was administrated online using google form. Data was analyzed using univariate analysis. The result shows that among fourth semester students of Faculty of Public Health Sam Ratulangi University, most had a good level of knowledge with a percentage of 40%, 38,5% have a fair level of nutrition knowledge, and 21,5% have a poor level of nutrition knowledge.
