GAMBARAN PENERAPAN SISTEM TANGGAP DARURAT KEBAKARAN DI PT. NUTRINDO FRESFOOD INTERNASIONAL KOTA BITUNG
Abstract
Kebakaran di tempat kerja menghasilkan kerusakan yang serius, baik dari segi material bahkan dari segi korban jiwa setiap tahunnya. Sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran sangat penting dan perlu untuk diterapkan, sehingga dapat meminimalisir potensi bahaya dan risiko kebakaran di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran Penerapan Sistem Tanggap Darurat Kebakaran di PT. Nutrindo Fresfood Internasional Bitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data lewat wawancara mendalam kepada 3 informan yang terdiri dari ketua departemen General Affairs, ketua tim tanggap darurat, dan satu orang pekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juli 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan Sistem Tanggap Darurat Kebakaran PT. Nutrindo Fresfood Internasional Bitung telah tercantum dalam kebijakan perusahan. Kebijakan tersebut disusun dalam Manual Tanggap Darurat. Pihak manajemen perusahan juga telah membentuk Tim Tanggap Darurat Kebakaran, sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif dan pasif berupa APAR, Alarm kebakaran manual, sarana evakuasi jalan keluar, petunjuk arah jalur evakuasi, pintu darurat dan titik kumpul. Pemeriksaan dan pemeliharaan Sistem tanggap darurat dilakukan secara rutin oleh pihak perusahan dan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Kebakaran.

ABSTRACT
Fires in the workplace produce serious damage, both in material terms and even in terms of casualties each year. A fire emergency response system is very important and needs to be implemented, so as to minimize the potential hazards and risks of fire in the workplace. This study aims to provide an overview of the Application of Fire Emergency Response Systems at PT. Nutrindo Fresfood International Bitung. This study used a qualitative research method by collecting data through in-depth interviews with 3 informants consisting of the head of the General Affairs department, the head of the emergency response team, and one worker. This research was conducted in May-July 2020. The results showed that the Fire Emergency Response System Policy of PT. Nutrindo Fresfood International Bitung has been listed in company policy. The policy is compiled in an Emergency Response Manual. The company management has also formed a Fire Emergency Response Team, an active and passive fire protection system in the form of APAR, manual fire alarm, exit evacuation facilities, directions for evacuation routes, emergency exits and gathering points. Inspection and maintenance of the emergency response system are carried out regularly by the company and the Civil Service and Fire Police Unit.
