GAMBARAN POLA MAKAN MAHASISWA SEMESTER II FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS SAM RATULANGI MANADO SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
Perilaku makan adalah istilah yang menggambarkan perilaku seseorang terhadap frekuensi makan, gaya makan, preferensi makan, dan pilihan makanan. Makanan merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia, asupan makanan yang dikonsumsi akan menentukan status gizi seseorang. Selama pandemic pola makan yang sehat akan menjamin sistem kekebalan tubuh tetap kuat, dan membantu menahan serangan virus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pola makan mahasiswa semester II Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sam Ratulangi Manado selama masa Pandemic Covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi berjumlah 185 orang, sampel berjumlah 111 responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data yaitu dengan kuesioner google forms, analisis data dilakukan secara univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berumur 19-20tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan. Pola Makan Mahasiswa semester II Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sam Ratulangi semua dalam kategori cukup yaitu 100% , dan tidak ada responden yang memiliki kategori kurang.

ABSTRACT
Eating behavior is a term that describes a person's behavior towards eating frequency, eating style, eating preferences, and food choices. Food is a basic human need, the intake of food consumed will determine a person's nutritional status. During a pandemic a healthy diet will ensure that the immune system remains strong, and helps resist viral attacks. The purpose of this study was to describe the dietary patterns of the second semester students of the Faculty of Public Health, Sam Ratulangi University, Manado during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is descriptive research. The population is 185 people, the sample is 111 respondents. The data collection instrument was the google forms questionnaire, data analysis was carried out univariately. The results showed that most of the respondents aged 19-20 years were female. Diet of the second semester students of the Faculty of Public Health, Sam Ratulangi University, were all in the moderate category, namely 100%, and there were no respondents who were in the poor category.
