GAMBARAN KERAGAMAN KONSUMSI PANGAN RUMAH TANGGA TENAGA PENDIDIK DAN KEPENDIDIKAN FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS SAM RATULANGI SAAT PEMBATASAN SOSIAL MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) sekarang sedang mewabah. Konsumsi makanan beragam dan seimbang sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan terutama untuk mempertahankan system imun. Makanan yang beraneka ragam yaitu makanan yang mengandung zat gizi baik yang diperlukan oleh tubuh baik secara kualitas maupun kuntitasnya, seperti makanan yang mengandung zat tenaga, pembangun dan zat pengatur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keragaman konsumsi pangan rumah tangga pada tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan FKM UNSRAT saat Pembatasan Sosial Masa Pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan survei deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Oktober tahun 2020 di FKM UNSRAT. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan FKM UNSRAT yang berjumlah 40 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan formulir food record 1x24 jam dan kuesioner Household Dietary Diversity Score (HDDS). Hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa keragaman konsumsi pangan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Sam Ratulangi sebagian besar memiliki keragaman pangan yang tinggi sebanyak 34 responden (85%) dan yang masuk dalam keragaman pangan sedang 5 responden (12.5%) dan 1 responden (2.5%) yang termasuk dalam keragaman pangan yang rendah.

ABSTRACT
Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is currently endemic. Consumption of a diverse and balanced diet is very beneficial for health, especially to maintain the immune system. Diverse foods are foods that contain good nutrients needed by the body both in quality and quantity, such as foods that contain energy, builders and regulatory substances. This study aims to describe the diversity of household food consumption among educators and education staff of FKM UNSRAT during Social Restrictions during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive survey. This research was conducted from May to October 2020 at FKM UNSRAT. The sample in this study was FKM UNSRAT educators and education staff, totaling 40 people. The instrument in this study used a food record form 1x24 hours and a Household Dietary Diversity Score (HDDS) questionnaire. The results showed that the diversity of food consumption of educators and education staff at the Faculty of Public Health, Sam Ratulangi University, mostly had high food diversity as many as 34 respondents (85%) and those included in the moderate food diversity were 5 respondents (12.5%) and 1 respondent (2.5%). ) which is included in the low diversity of food.
