Proporsi Obesitas Sentral dan Stroke Menurut Provinsi di Indonesia Tahun 2018
Abstract

ABSTRACT
The proportion of non-communicable diseases in Indonesia such as stroke and central obesity based on the results of Riskesdas 2018 increased compared to 2013. This study aims to determine the proportion of central obesity and stroke, to determine the relationship between the proportion of central obesity and stroke by province, and to determine the effect of central obesity and central obesity. according to the characteristics of the age group, gender, place of residence to the proportion of stroke. This research includes epidemiological research with an ecological study design and uses data from Riskesdas 2018. The population of this study is aggregated data from 34 provinces in Indonesia. The number of samples, namely the population aged 15 years by province in Indonesia amounted to 68 aggregate data. Analysis of the data used is univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, and multivariate analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that there was a correlation between the proportion of central obesity and stroke showing a moderate positive relationship (Pearson R=0.43; p=0.012). The results of the multiple linear test showed that the variable proportion of central obesity (p = 0.033), central obesity aged 45-54 years (p = <0.001), central obesity in urban areas (p = 0.015) affected the proportion of stroke while the variable proportion of central obesity was aged 25-34 years (0.525), 35-44 years (0.531), 55-64 years (0.068), 65-74 (0.571), >75 years (0.822) and obesity in women (0.552) had no effect to the proportion of stroke.
