Hubungan antara Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja dengan Kinerja Pegawai di Puskesmas Yendidori Kabupaten Biak Numfor Provinsi Papua
Abstract
Kinerja pegawai menjadi sangat penting dikarenakan penurunan kinerja baik individu maupun kelompok dalam suatu perusahaan dapat memberikan dampak yang berarti dalam suatu perusahaan, yaitu akan berdampak pada tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi dan Disiplin kerja . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional (potong lintang). Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2021 - Januari 2022. Tempat penelitian, dilakukan di Puskesmas Yendidori Kabupaten Biak Provinsi Papua. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai di puskesmas. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah 30 dari pegawai Negri Sipil dan Tenaga Kontrak. Hasil uji hubungan antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Yendidori Kabupaten Biak dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi-square, hasil uji Chi square terhadap hubungan antara motivasi dan kinerja mendapatkan nilai p = 0.012 atau (p < 0.05) dan hubungan antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai mendaptkan nilai p = 0,034 atau (p< 0.05) sehingga terdapat hubungan antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Yendidori Kabupaten Biak Numfor Provinsi Papua.

ABSTRACT
Employee performance is very important because a decrease in the performance of both individuals and groups in a company can have a significant impact in a company, which will have an impact on achieving organizational goals. One of the factors that influence employee performance is motivation and work discipline. This research is an analytical survey research with a cross sectional approach (cross-sectional). The time of this research was carried out in November 2021 - January 2022. The place of research was carried out at the Yendidori Health Center, Biak Regency, Papua Province. The population in this study were all employees at the puskesmas. The number of samples in the study were 30 of the civil servants and contract workers. The results of the test of the relationship between motivation and work discipline with employee performance at the Yendidori Public Health Center, Biak Regency using the Chi-square statistical test, the results of the Chi-square test on the relationship between motivation and performance got p = 0.012 or (p < 0.05) and the relationship between work discipline with employee performance, the value of p = 0.034 or (p < 0.05) so that there is a relationship between motivation and work discipline with employee performance at the Yendidori Public Health Center, Biak Numfor Regency, Papua Province.
