Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Dealer Honda NSS Manado)

Abstract


In the current era of globalization or the digital era of companies in the face of pressures to change, they are required to provide responses in order to stay afloat and be successful in current and future business competition. Increased competition in the business world requires companies to re-examine the performance measures of their companies because existing performance measures are felt to be less effective. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the organization's organization applies work motivation both internally and externally effectively or vice versa because work motivation is very influential for improving employee performance in the organization's company. The research method used is Multiple Linear Regression because there are variables Internal, external motivation, and employee performance. In the company organization that was studied had a population of 50 employees, the sample obtained was 42 employees. In the research results Work motivation is a very effective and efficient effect on improving the performance of employees of NSS Manado Honda dealers.
