Abstract


This study aims to determine, The Effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of Pt. Telkom Indonesia Manado. The sample in this study was 44 people. Data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The research instrument test is a validity and reliability test. Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, regional analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of research processed by the SPSS program showed no significant effect of organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT Telkom Indonesia Manado. It is said to have no effect because of the calculated value of 0.229 with a significant value of 0.135> 0.05. Because it has a significance value greater than 0.05, which means that organizational culture is partially not a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of simple linear regression research Organizational culture variables have a positive regression coefficient of 0.228 which means that organizational culture has a positive relationship with employee performance.
