Stres Kerja dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Manado Karya Anugrah

Abstract


The study aims to determine the influence of: (1) Work stress on employee performance, (2) Self-efficacy on employee performance, and (3) Work stress and Self-efficacy on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with sample of 85 respondents, while the sampling techniques used are accidental sampling techniques. The data collection methods used are through the dissemination of questionnaires. Data was analyzed with multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 21 for Windows software. The results showed that there was a significant and positive impact between work stress and self-efficacy on employee performance.
