Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Pada Karyawan Mc Donald’s Manado)

Abstract


The research aims to determine: the influence of leadership and the working environment on the employee's performance (in the employee of MC Donald's Manado). This research includes causal associative research using quantitative approaches. This research is categorized as research survey, where the research instrument is a questioner. The samples in this study were the employees of Mc Donald's Manado which amounted to 30 people. The analytical models used in this study are multiple linear regression analyses and hypotheses test with SPSS program version 21 for Windows. The results of this study found that the leadership has a positive and significant impact on performance, evidenced by the significance value of Thitung is greater than the value and with considerable coefficient values, so that the leadership positively affects the performance of employees. The working environment also has a positive and significant effect on performance, evidenced by the significance value of Thitung greater than the this and with the value of coefficient which is also quite large, so that the environment also has a positive effect on the employee's performance. The leadership and work environment simultaneously affect the employee's performance, evidenced by the significance value and also through the coefficient of determination.
