About the Journal

JOURNAL OF CAPTURE FISHERIES SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the advancement of capture fisheries science and technology. Published twice a year (January-June and July-December), the journal serves as a platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate original research findings and critical reviews. Our scope encompasses the design and hydrodynamics of fishing gear and vessels, fishing operations, meteo-oceanography, fishing ground dynamics, and the biology and management of capture fisheries. We are committed to supporting the sustainable development of fisheries through the dissemination of high-quality, impactful research.
