ANALISIS FINANSIAL USAHA FILLET IKAN DI CV. CAMAR LAUT KOTA GORONTALO PROVINSI GORONTALO

Efforts to increase value and optimize the utilization of marine catch production are by developing value-added products, both traditional and modern preparations. Fish fillets are one of the fishery product processing technologies that can provide added value. The results of this study have the goal of knowing the cost structure of fish fillet business in CV. Gorontalo Seagull and find out whether the fish fillet business is feasible or not.

The basis of this research is a census, with the respondents identified as business owners who are also directors and managers. Source of data obtained through primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study were taken by means of observation and interviews guided by questionnaires conducted on respondents.

The results of the research are based on the financial analysis of the fish fillet business in CV. Gorontalo Sea Gull, Gorontalo City is suitable for use because the value of the operating profit is IDR 120,750,000, the net profit or absolute profit from the fish fillet business is IDR 100,117,000, the profit rate or profit level obtained in the fish fillet business is 6%, the BCR is obtained that is equal to 1.06, the value of profitability is equal to 49%, BEP sales of IDR 276,581,769 and BEP units of 6,146 kg.

Abstrak

Upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan produksi hasil tangkapan laut adalah dengan pengembangan produk bernilai tambah, baik olahan tradisional maupun modern. Fillet ikan adalah salah satu teknologi pengolahan hasil perikanan yang dapat memberi nilai tambah. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengetahui struktur biaya usaha fillet ikan di CV. Camar Laut Gorontalo serta mengetahui analisis finansial usaha fillet ikan apakah layak atau tidak.

Dasar penelitian ini adalah sensus, dengan responden yang ditetapkan adalah pemilik usaha yang merangkap direktur dan para menejer. Sumber data diperoleh melalui data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan cara observasi dan wawancara yang dipandu dengan kuisioner yang dilakukan terhadap responden.

Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis finansial usaha fillet ikan yang ada di CV. Camar Laut Gorontalo Kota Gorontalo layak digunakan karena nilai dari oprating profit yaitu Rp120.750.000, net profit atau keuntungan absolut dari usaha fillet ikan ialah Rp100.117.000, profit rate atau tingkat keuntungan yang didapat pada usaha fillet ikan yaitu 6%, BCR yang didapat yaitu sebesar 1,06, nilai dari rentabilitas yaitu sebesar 49%, BEP penjualan sebesar Rp276.581.769 dan BEP satuan sebesar 6.146 kg.
