Abstract

The administrative process, particularly related to letters and information dissemination, is crucial in an organization as it serves as a means of communication to interact with both internal and external parties. GPdI ABC is a non-profit organization that serves as a place of worship and spiritual activities center for the congregation around the church. To streamline its functions, GPdI ABC has assigned an Admin to assist in letter archiving and church activity information. However, there are still challenges in letter archiving, such as not all letters being properly archived, and some letters not reaching the intended recipients. Regarding information dissemination, not all congregants can be reached, especially in terms of worship schedule information. To address these challenges, an information system that can handle letter archiving, storage, search, and distribution, as well as provide accurate, practical, and easily accessible information to the congregation is needed. The designed Information System aims to assist in archiving and processing information in GPdI ABC, utilizing a prototype-based development method.
