PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DI BTPN KANTOR CABANG MANADO

Abstract

Kepemimpinan yang diyakini salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi prestasi bawahan. Salah satu faktor
penting yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan proses kepemimpinan adalah perilaku pemimpin yang bersangkutan.
Dampak dari kepemimpinan seseorang terhadap perilaku bawahannya sangat bervariasi. Ini sangat tergantung
pada seni, strategi, teknik, teknologi, kemampuan, wawasan dan pengetahuan kepemimpinan dalam kelompok
orang atau oraganisasi yang ia pimpin. Efektivitas kerja pegawai juga tidak kalah pentingnya dari peran dari
seorang pemimpin atau sangat juga dibutuhkan dalam suatu organisasi agar tercapainya hasil yang efektif dan
efisien. Hubungan dengan perilaku pemimpin terhadap pegawai sangat berpengaruh bagi efektivitas kerja
pegawai, memudahkan bagi setiap pegawai untuk melakukan pekerjaan dan menyelesaikannya dengan waktu
yang relatif cepat dan tepat. Dalam pengaruh kepemimpinan yang diharapkan dapat menciptakan efektivitas
kerja pegawai, organisasi perlu memahami karakteristik dan potensi atau kemampuan dari setiap individu
didalam perusahaan tersebut. Pemimpin mempengaruhi pengikutnya untuk mencapai perubahan berupa hasil
yang diinginkan bersama.

ABSTRACT
Leadership is believed to be one of the important factors that affect the performance of subordinates. One of
the important factors that influence the success of the leadership process is the behavior of the leader
concerned. The impact of one's leadership on the behavior of subordinates varies greatly. It really depends on
the art, strategy, technique, technology, ability, insight and knowledge of leadership in the group of people or
organization that he leads. The effectiveness of employees' work is no less important than the role of a leader
or very much needed in an organization in order to achieve effective and efficient results. The relationship
with the behavior of leaders towards employees is very influential on the effectiveness of employees' work,
making it easier for every employee to do work and complete it in a relatively fast and precise time. In the
influence of leadership that is expected to create employee work effectiveness, organizations need to
understand the characteristics and potential or abilities of each individual within the company. Leaders
influence followers to achieve change in the form of mutually desired results.
