PERAN PUSTAKAWAN DALAM PENGOLAHAN BAHAN PUSTAKA BUKU DI BADAN PERPUSTAKAAN, ARSIP DAN DOKUMENTASI PROPINSI SULAWESI UTARA

Abstract

From the results of this study found that the capabilities, performance, and the role that librarians have fulfilled their duties and responsibilities as well as begin to be effective in performing the role of librarians. All of this happens because the librarian did not stop to start meneus continue to learn and develop themselves in the knowledge and skills although there are errors in the classification, and in analyzing the canopy pengkatalogkan subject but it can be covered with tenacity and consistent to keep learning in working in the library. Mistakes are still in process but not stop the librarian intention to continue to grow. Education and background may be different but the desire to move forward always have within themselves so that they can do their roles as librarians to meet the information needed by pemustaka.
