POLA KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PELANGGARAN ISI SIARAN YANG BERDASARKAN PEDOMAN PERILAKU PENYIARAN DAN STANDAR PROGRAM SIARAN (P3SPS) DI KPID SULUT

Abstract

This study examines organizational communication patterns in decision-making on broadcast content violations based on P3SPS at the North Sulawesi KPID. Using a qualitative approach and Robbins & Judge’s theory, data were obtained from five informants: three commissioners and two staff members. The findings show that the decision-making process applies a **collective-collegial communication pattern**. The study’s novelty lies in applying Robbins & Judge’s five organizational communication patterns to the KPID context.
