This research was conducted for three months starting from May to July 2023 at the citronella oil business in Pinilih Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. Data analysis used in this study used the Business Model Canvas approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations. The research data collected were primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are a description of the business model of the citronella oil business obtained from the nine elements of the business model canvas to maintain product quality, utilize technological advances by creating social media sarimbata business, improve service quality, marketing activities for the citronella oil business. The research was conducted in a period of 3 months from May to July 2022. The data used in this study were obtained through interviews with 20 farmer group members as research respondents. The data collected were analyzed descriptively using Likert Scale measurements. The results showed that the social capital of the Lamo Jaya farmer group was in the high category, with an index number of 68.8%. This research was carried out for 3 (three) months, from May to July 2023. The data collected are primary data collection was obtained through interviews guided by the questionnaire. Secondary data collection is carried out by collecting data through literature studies such as documents, writings or research results and various references that are relevant to the research problem in the form of books, litera-ture, internet and other sources related to this research. To compare the income between the two groups of families, the average difference test known as the t-test is used. The results of this study indicate that the existence of mangrove tourism in Budo Village makes a positive contribution to increasing people's income. The average income of people who earn from ecotourism is signifi-cantly higher than that of people who do not earn from ecotourism. This research was carried out for three months from August to October 2022. The sampling technique was for all members of the Mekar farmer group as many as 10 respondents. The research uses primary data obtained directly from respondents through interviews based on a list of questions and questionnaires that have been prepared. Secondary data was obtained from books, literature, or articles as well as agencies/institutions of the Agriculture, Maritime and Fisheries Services. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative method. The results showed that the dynamics of the Mekar Farmers group in the Field Village, Mapanget District, Manado City was categorized as dynamic, with elements of group dynamics obtaining a score of 880 with a percentage of 73.3% being categorized as dynamic. But in each of the elements there are still those that are less dynamic, namely the elements of group objectives and group functions. The perception of tourists visiting the Sara Island tourist destination is measured based on five factors that a tourist destination needs to have, namely perception of attractions, perception of facilities, perception of infrastructure, perception of transportation, and perception of hospitality. The sampling method in this research is using the Accidental Sampling method. Data was collected through interviews using a questionnaire, tourists' perceptions were measured using a Likert scale of 1 to 4. The data was processed descriptively. The results of this research show that tourists' perceptions of the Sara Island tourist destination are generally at a good and very good level. Except for road and electricity infrastructure which is still not good. Of the good indicators, there are two indicators whose scores are quite low, namely cottage facilities and the availability of clean water. The implementation of this research was carried out for 3 months starting from May to July 2023, starting from preparation to report preparation. This research was conducted in Pinilih Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis used is using value-added analysis according to the Hayami method. Based on research in one production business processing citronella leaves into citronella oil using 500 Kg of citronella leaves which can produce 132 bottles of citronella oil. This research was conducted from February - March 2023. This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from interviews with farmers using a questionnaire and secondary data obtained by the local government. Method of collecting data from farmers in West Bolaang Mongondow District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Seeing the existing population of the 103 farmer groups in West Bolangitang District, purposive sampling was taken from the 103 farmer groups. The number of samples taken was 75 respondents.
