ANALISIS KOMPARATIF USAHA TRANSPORTASI PERAHU SEBAGAI PENUNJANG WISATA BAHARI SEBELUM PANDEMI COVID-19 DAN MASA NORMAL BARU DI KECAMATAN LIKUPANG BARAT KABUPATEN MINAHASA UTARA

Likupang Barat is one of the sub-districts in North Minahasa Regency, which is famous for its various tourist attractions that present the beauty of the sea and beaches that attract tourists to visit and enjoy its beauty. North Sulawesi has many locations that can be used as marine tourism spots. This research uses case study method. Determination of respondents is done by census. Census is an activity to collect data and information by observing all elements of the population. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. In this study, the variables were observed in pairs, namely before the covid-19 pandemic and the new normal, then the t-test statistic was selected in pairs for the sample test. Comparative analysis was calculated using number processing software, namely Microsoft Excel 2016 for calculating calculations. Determination of significance is done by using the p value (probability), where: 1) if the p value > 0.05; then there is no difference before the covid-19 pandemic and the new normal or not significant in the boat transportation business variable; and 2) if the p value < 0.05; then there is a difference before the covid-19 pandemic and the new normal or significant in the boat transportation business variable. The condition of the boat transportation business in the Likupang Barat District, North Minahasa Regency before the Covid-19 pandemic had an average income level of Rp. 152,980,000 per year and during normal times only 38,390,000 operate on average per year. In the period before the covid-19 pandemic the average number of visits per trip per year visited by 1,178 people, while in the new normal period the average number of visits per year for return visits was 274 people which affected people's income. significant difference (p<0.05) in all observation variables.

Abstrak

Likupang Barat merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, terkenal dengan berbagai tempat wisata yang menyajikan keindahan laut dan pantai yang menarik perhatian wisatawan untuk berkunjung dan menikmati keindahannya. Sulawesi Utara memiliki banyak lokasi yang dapat dijadikan tempat wisata bahari., Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Penetapan responden dilakukan secara sensus. Sensus adalah kegiatan mengumpulkan data dan informasi dengan cara mengamati seluruh elemen dari populasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder., Pada penelitian ini variabel yang diamati ialah berpasangan, yaitu sebelum pandemi covid-19 dan masa normal baru, maka statistik uji t yang dipilih paired sample test. Analisis komparatif dihitung dengan software pengolah angka yaitu Microsoft Excel 2016 guna mempermudah penghitungan. Penentuan signifikansi dilakukan dengan menggunakan nilai p (probability), dimana: 1) jika nilai p > 0,05 ; maka tidak ada perbedaan sebelum pandemi covid-19 dan masa normal baru atau tidak signifikan pada variabel usaha transportasi perahu; dan 2) jika nilai p < 0,05 ; maka ada perbedaan sebelum pandemi covid-19 dan masa normal baru atau signifikan pada variabel usaha transportasi perahu., Kondisi usaha transportasi perahu wisata yang ada di Kecamatan Likupang Barat Kabupaten Minahasa Utara sebelum masa pandemi Covid-19 mempunyai tingkat pendapatan rata–rata Rp. 152.980.000 per tahun dan pada masa normal baru berjumlah rata-rata 38.390.000 per tahun., Kondisi usaha transportasi perahu wisata yang ada di Kecamatan Likupang Barat Kabupaten Minahasa Utara pada masa normal baru, mengalami penurunan pada jumlah pengunjung Pada masa sebelum pandemi covid-19 jumlah kunjungan rata-rata per trip per tahun berjumlah 1.178 orang, sedangkan pada masa normal baru jumlah rata-rata kunjungan per trip per tahun berjumlah 274 orang yang berpengaruh pada pendapatan masyarakat., Hasil analisis menggunakan statistik uji t menghasilkan perbedaan yang signifikan (p<0,05) pada semua variabel pengamatan.
