Abstract
Coastal areas have specific conditions. The conditions of the coastal areas are different from one another, so each has differences. Differences in terms of characteristics cause different problems that exist, thus, have differences in how to handle them.
Budo Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency is one of the coastal villages in North Sulawesi which is famous for its mangrove tourism. There are about 30 hectares of which are overgrown with various mangrove vegetation. This mangrove forest tour was nominated for the 5 (five) best in North Sulawesi. In addition to the potential for mangrove forests, Budo village has a pier which is a place for culinary tours for visitors.
The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-economic conditions of culinary SMEs at the docks of Budo Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The basic method used in this study is a case study, data taken by census on 3 UKM culinary business actors. Analysis of the results of the research data is divided into two, namely quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. Business analysis uses the formula: π = TR − T????, in which case: π = Net income, TR = Total revenue and TC = Total cost.
The results obtained regarding social conditions are taken according to age, who are still young and productive, last junior high school education, the number of family dependents of 3 people, more than 1 year of business experience and the condition of a permanent home. The economic situation of the 3 respondents can be seen that the culinary business at the pier of the first Budo Village, the capital of R1, R2 and R3 is in the range of Rp. 2,988,000, Rp. 11,915,000 and Rp. 8,361,000. Total Cost (TC) of each respondent Rp. 684,400, Rp. 984,100, Rp. 619,050. Total Revenue (TR) for each respondent is around Rp. 1,862,000, Rp. 1,957,000 and Rp. 1,166,000 Net income (π) for each respondent is Rp. 1,177,600, Rp. 972,900, and Rp. 546,950 so this business is worth continuing because it is profitable.

Abstrak
Wilayah pesisir mempunyai kondisi yang spesifik. Kondisi wilayah pesisir yang satu dengan yang lainnya, maka masing-masing memiliki perbedaan. Perbedaan dari sisi karakteristiknyamenyebabkan berbeda pula masalah yang ada, dengan demikian, memiliki perbedaan dalam cara penanganannya.
Desa Budo, Kecamatan Wori, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara merupakan salah satu desa pesisir di Sulawesi Utara yang terkenal dengan wisata mangrove. Terdapat sekitar 30 Ha yang ditumbuhi vegetasi tumbuhan mangrove yang beragam. Wisata hutan mangrove ini masuk nominasi 5 (lima) terbaik di Sulawesi Utara. Selain potensi hutan mangrove, desa Budo memiliki dermaga yang menjadi tempat berwisata kuliner bagi pengunjung.
Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui keadaan sosial ekonomi pelaku UKM bidang kuliner di dermaga Desa Budo, Kecamatan Wori, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah studi kasus, data diambil secara sensus atas 3 orang pelaku usaha UKM bidang kuliner. Analisis data hasil penelitian dibedakan atas dua, yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis usaha menggunakan rumus : π = TR − T????, hal mana : π = Pendapatan bersih, TR = Total penerimaan (Total Revenue) dan TC = Total biaya (Total cost).
Hasil yang diperoleh tentang keadaan sosial diambil menurut umur, yang masih berumur muda dan produktif, pendidikan terakhir SMP, jumlah tanggungan keluarga 3 orang, pengalaman berusaha di atas 1 tahun dan keadaan rumah permanen. Keadaan ekonomi dari ke-3 responden dapat dilihat bahwa usaha kuliner di dermaga Desa Budo pertama, modal R1, R2, dan R3 berada pada kisaran Rp. 2.988.000, Rp. 11.915.000, dan Rp. 8.361.000. Total Cost (TC) masing-masing responden Rp. 684.400, Rp. 984.100, Rp. 619.050. Total Revenue (TR) masing-masing responden berkisar Rp. 1.862.000, Rp. 1.957.000, dan Rp. 1.166.000 Pendapatan bersih (π) masing-masing responden Rp. 1.177.600, Rp. 972.900, dan Rp. 546.950 sehingga usaha ini layak untuk diteruskan karena menguntungkan.
