Profil Kondiloma Akuminata di Poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado Periode Januari 2013 sampai Desember 2013

Abstract: Condyloma acuminata (CA) is a certain type of human papilloma virus (HPV) vegetation, stemmed from a jagged surface. This study was aimed to obtain the profil of CA cases at the Department of Dermatovenerology Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital Manado. This was a retrospective study using the medical record data of Polyclinic Dermatovenerology. The results showed that there were 40 patients (3.7%) with CA out of 1077 patients with skin diseases. Most of the patients were females (25 patients; 62.5%), in the age group of 25-44 years (19 patients; 47%), and worked as private workers (15 patients; 37 %). The most common location of the lesions in females was vulva (8 patients; 32%), and in males was glans penis (6 patients (40%). 28 patients (70%). The most comorbidity was candidiosis vulva vaginalis (CVV) as many as 5 patients (12.5%). Conclusion: In this study, most patients were females, age group of 25-44 years, and private worker. The most common location of CA was vulva in females and glans penis in males. Most patients were treated with podophylline. The most common comorbidity was CVV.

Abstrak: Kondiloma akuminata (KA) adalah vegetasi Human Papiloma Virus (HPV) tipe tertentu, bertangkai, dengan permukaan berjonjot. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan profil penyakit kondiloma akuminata di Poliklinik Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado periode Januari 2013 sampai Desember 2013. Jenis penelitian ialah deskriptif retrospektif menggunakan data rekam medik dan buku register infeksi menular seksual di Poliklinik Ilmu Penyakit Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan jumlah penderita KA sebanyak 40 orang (3,7%) dari 1077 pasien penderita penyakit kulit yang datang berobat. Jumlah penderita KA terbanyak pada kelompok usia 25-44 tahun yaitu 19 orang (47%), jenis kelamin perempuan dengan jumlah 25 orang (62,5%), pekerja swasta yaitu 15 orang (37%), Lokasi lesi terbanyak pada perempuan terdapat di vulva sebanyak 8 orang (32%) sedangkan lokasi lesi terbanyak pada laki laki terdapat di glans penis sebanyak 6 orang (40%), Terapi yang paling sering diberikan ialah podofilin yaitu sebanyak 28 orang (70%), Penyakit penyerta terbanyak ialah kandidiosis vulva vaginalis (KVV) sebanyak 5 orang (12,5%). Simpulan: Dalam penelitian ini, pasien KA terbanyak pada kelompok usia 25-44 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan, pekerjaan swasta, lokasi lesi pada perempuan tersering di vulva sedangkan pada laki-laki tersering di glans penis, dan pengobatan dengan podofilin. Penyakit penyerta terbanyak ialah KVV.
