Abstract: The Asher-McDade Index is one of the most widely used international methods for evaluating postoperative aesthetic outcomes in cleft lip patients. However, local studies assessing labioplasty outcomes using this index remain limited. This study aimed to evaluate the aesthetic results of labioplasty at Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou General Hospital using the Asher-McDade Index in years 2022-2025. Aesthetic evaluation was performed on postoperative photographs by a single assessor. The analysis was conducted descriptively. The results obtained a total of six samples. The overall mean scores ranged from 1 to 2.75, with median values per patient between 1 and 2.5. The components that most frequently demonstrated higher scores were nasal profile and vermilion border, while nasal form and deviation consistently scored 1. In conclusion, the aesthetic outcomes of labioplasty in these samples were generally classified as good, although variations were observed particularly in the vermilion and nasal profile components.
