Dental caries status was measured using the DMF-T index (WHO) while the impact on quality of life was measured using the OHIP-14 (WHO). Data were analyzed with the Spearman's correlation test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between dental caries status and quality of life (r=0.220, p=0.030). Mean DMF-T was 4.61. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between dental caries status and quality of life related to oral health. The higher the dental caries, the worse the quality of life.
