Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and security on payment decisions using QRIS at Fore Coffee Manado. A quantitative approach was applied through a survey involving 100 respondents, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a positive influence on payment decisions. Security emerged as the most dominant factor, followed by ease of use and usefulness. These results indicate that consumers’ perceptions of functionality and security play a crucial role in adopting digital payment methods. The implications of this study encourage business operators to enhance transaction convenience and security, while regulators such as Bank Indonesia and QRIS service providers are advised to intensify educational and promotional efforts to accelerate QRIS adoption among MSMEs.
