Abstract

This research aims to examine The Influence of Work-Life Balance and Organizational Support on Job Satisfaction of Employees in Megamall Management at Kawasan Megamas Manado. The study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents and analyzed the data using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The findings reveal that Work Life Balance has a significant influence on job satisfaction, while Organizational Support does not show a significant influence when analyzed individually. However, both variables together show a meaningful and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. These results align with Social Exchange Theory and Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, indicating that employee satisfaction is not only shaped by one variable but by a combination of personal and organizational factors. The implication of this research highlights the importance for organizations to create policies that support employee balance and well-being, particularly in environments that demand high operational consistency.
