This study examines the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Legend Billiard Manado. In the recreational service industry, front-line staff play a decisive role in delivering superior service quality and ensuring business sustainability. Using a census approach (saturated sampling), data was gathered from all 38 employees at the venue via a structured 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. A quantitative associative design was employed, and data was analyzed using multiple linear regression preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The findings indicate that work motivation has a significant and positive partial influence on employee performance and job satisfaction also exerts a significant and positive partial influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation and job satisfaction significantly predict employee performance. While supervisory recognition and fair financial compensation serve as robust performance catalysts, the study highlights that resolving coworker relationship friction and upgrading deficient physical venue facilities are crucial managerial imperatives to reduce turnover and optimize service delivery.
