Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources diverse that can be used by living things. Agriculture sector have an important contribution, both to the economy and to meeting the basic needs of society, especially with the increasing population which means that the need for food is also increasingly increased. Chili plants (Capsicum frutescens Linnaeus) is one of the commodity plants that belong to the vegetable crops that have the potential high in the world of trade and the economy of Indonesian society. In cultivating chili plants, there are many things that must be considered, including controlling pests and plant diseases. One of the frequent diseases attack chili plants and many found in the field of wilt disease (Fusarium oxysporum). This study aims to determine the percentage of inhibition of Trichoderma sp. local isolates from Tomohon against F. oxysporum in chili plants in vitro. This study was conducted using dual culture method. This study provides the results of Trichoderma sp. antagonist fungi can inhibit the growth of pathogens F. oxysporum that occurs starting from Day 1 is 25%, day 2 38%, day 3 45%, and on the 4th day was clearly visible inhibition of fungi antagonist of Trichoderma sp. against the pathogen F. oxysporum is equal to 53%, day 5th 55%, 6th day 61% and the highest percentage of inhibition occurs in day 7 is 70%.
